Refund & Cancellation Policy
SHONIII sells digital products — currently the SHONIII Career – Job Offer Decision Kit — delivered electronically, straight to your inbox, immediately after payment. Because of how digital delivery works, this policy is a little different from a physical-goods return policy, and it's worth reading before you buy.
General policy: sales are final once delivered
Once a digital product has been delivered to you (i.e. the file has been sent or made available for download), the sale is final and non-refundable. This is standard practice for instantly-delivered digital goods, since a downloaded file can't be "returned" the way a physical item can.
We do, however, stand behind every purchase. If something has genuinely gone wrong on our side, we will always make it right — see below.
When you will get a refund or replacement
Contact us within 7 days of your purchase if any of the following apply, and we'll fix it or refund you in full:
- You were charged but never received the file.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The file you received is corrupted, unreadable, or the wrong file entirely.
- The kit is materially different from what was described on the product page.
We ask for your proof of payment and the email or WhatsApp number used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly.
Cancellations
SHONIII products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — there's nothing recurring to cancel. If you haven't completed checkout yet, you can simply close the page at any point before payment; you won't be charged.
How to request a refund
Message us with your order/invoice number and proof of payment:
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
This policy is written in plain language to set clear expectations between SHONIII and its customers. It doesn't limit any statutory rights you have under South African consumer protection law.
